users of alternative
medicine to be women
but there are increasing
volumes of men seeking
to take control of their
health using natural
treatments.
The centre has received
many queries regarding
prostate health both for
benign prostate hyperplasia
(BPH) and for
prostate cancer.
And so
here is a run down of the
most up to date resources
for prostate
problems.
Prostate cancer is the
most common form of
cancer for men (after
skin cancer).
The incidence
of prostate cancer
is high but the mortalitiy
rate is much lower indicating
a majority of
these affected will die
with prostate cancer and
not from it.

internet.

nutritional and herbal
regime would offer the
best hope to combat the
illness whilst working
alongside orthodox regimes.
Herbs that seem
to be offering good results
are nettle root, saw
palmetto and red clover
along side a diet which
includes good quantities
of cruciferous vegetables
such as broccoli and cabbage.
The use of soy
products in the diet such
as tofu and fermented
soy such as tempah
have shown to be of assistance
to both prostate
cancer and BPH.
Zinc is also important to prostate health, but sometimes not well absorbed... try chewing pumkin seeds ..
